We offer complimentary assistance services for passengers with disabilities, ensuring a hassle-free travel experience for everyone. There are no additional fees for availing these services.

Reduced mobility in airport


Please add the specific additional service for each segment of your journey within 48 hours prior to your travel date, for each flight sector:

  • If you encounter difficulty reaching the boarding gate, we offer wheelchair assistance to escort you.
  • If navigating stairs presents a challenge on your way to the boarding gate or the plane door, rest assured, a wheelchair is available for your convenience.
  • If limited mobility restricts movement within the cabin, a reserved wheelchair will take you directly to your seat.

Additionally, we recommend you provide a notice to us for better coordination.

Transportation of Mobility Equipment

We accommodate passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility who require up to two pieces of mobility equipment, including electric wheelchairs. This service is subject to space limitations on board and relevant legislation concerning dangerous goods, provided at no additional cost.
For safety and security reasons, the transport of oxygen cylinders is strictly forbidden.

Boarding Regulations

While we strive to assist all passengers, there may be instances where boarding or transport is refused to meet applicable safety requirements established by international, community, or national law, or due to physical limitations of the aircraft or its doors.

Prior to Boarding

Upon arrival at the airport, please proceed to our check-in desk where our team will provide you with all the assistance needed to ensure a seamless journey.

During the flight

The crew will assist you during embarkation and disembarkation, ensure your comfort on board, and provide necessary information.

However, please note that the crew is unable to assist with personal care, feeding, or aiding in movement within the aircraft.

Following the Flight

Upon arrival at your destination, our staff will greet you at the aircraft and accompany you through the entire process, including passport control, luggage reclaim, and customs.

Transportation of Utility Dogs

For passengers accompanied by certified utility dogs, FlyLili provides boarding in the cabin at no extra charge. This service requires a request made at least 48 hours before the flight's departure time. The dog must be trained, obedient, and must comply with domestic legislation and internal rules regarding assistance dog transport.
